I was born in Turkey. As a young adult, I began my higher education, eager to build a future for myself. However, life threw me a curveball, presenting personal challenges that needed attention. Seeking self-discovery and a place where I could live freely, I began a journey that brought me to the Netherlands, where I could be myself.

Adjusting My Path

Upon relocating to the Netherlands, I carried the expectation of continuing my educational path, guided by my graduation from a school with an entrance procedure that selected only the top 3% of students nationwide. I soon found that these prior accomplishments were not fully recognized here, leading me to start from the ground up. With determination in my heart, I explored various work environments—from the fast-paced nature of quick-service restaurants to the hustle and bustle of door-to-door sales—embracing each experience with an eagerness to learn and adapt.

Finding my Footing in the Corporate World

I found my footing at Kuehne + Nagel, a place where I began a rewarding experience that promised growth and learning. Starting at the grassroots level, I threw myself into my work, learning the ropes and proving my worth with every step. My efforts were recognized, and I had the opportunity to take on different roles, learning new things and acquiring new skills along the way.

While working at Kuehne + Nagel, I realized the immense potential of data. As someone who had always had a knack for technology, I found myself drawn towards the dynamic world of data science. I began exploring this field more seriously, dedicating myself to learning programming languages and understanding the nuances of data analysis.

Through structured reschooling programs and online platforms, I focused on learning Python, machine learning, and various other aspects of data science.
